An advert for hurling and stout.
I find signs involving riderless bicycles particularly funny. I like to imagine that these are propaganda/campaign posters for some Imperial Bicycle Overlord from the Future. Observe:
I don't *actually* know what these signs mean in real life. But, heck, I'd vote for this guy.

The last one is clearly a bus/bicycle backwards drag race. Although Bus is clearly cheating because it's closer to the starting line.
